Go Beyond Summit France: Insight, Agility, and the Pursuit of Total Productivity

A large group of attendees from the Braincube Go Beyond Summit in Paris stand together in the stands at Stade Français Paris stadium. The group, composed of men and women in business attire, smile for the camera against a backdrop of pink signage reading “Stade Français Paris.”

On October 8, 2025, Braincube hosted the Go Beyond Summit at Stade Jean Bouin in Paris, bringing together manufacturers from across Europe and Asia to discuss what real productivity looks like in practice.

Leaders from Airbus, Safran, Owens Corning, and Constellium, joined Braincube experts and partners to explore how data, collaboration, and mindset combine to eliminate hidden waste at scale.

Much like Go Beyond USA and Go Beyond Brazil, the focus wasn’t on technology alone. It was on the people using it — the engineers, plant managers, and operational leaders rethinking how work gets done in complex, high-pressure environments.

The conversations were grounded, candid, and practical. From aviation to composites, speakers shared a common goal: to build the systems and culture that make productivity sustainable, not situational.

Keynote to Kick Off: Performance Under Pressure

The day opened with a keynote from Alice Modolo, world-class freediver and Olympian, who spoke about what it takes to perform when every second counts. Her insights on preparation, keeping calm under pressure, and mental clarity resonated deeply with an audience that knows what it means to operate in high-stakes conditions.

She reminded us that sustained performance doesn’t come from avoiding discomfort, but from learning to work through it — precisely the mindset manufacturers need to drive resilience and improvement across teams.

Customer Stories Grounded in Reality

The customer sessions that followed showed how leading manufacturers are turning data into tangible gains:

  • Leaders from Safran demonstrated how advanced analytics are helping them fine-tune parameters and reduce process variability, delivering measurable improvements in quality and efficiency.
  • The team from Owens Corning shared how they u uncover root causes faster, cut defects, and standardize best practices across their composite plants.
  • Experts from Constellium discussed how centralized, contextualized data is enabling their teams to detect hidden waste and improve yield at scale.

Each story underscored the same truth: the real ROI of industrial data comes when insights reach the people who can act on them in real time.

Innovation Showcase: Scaling What Works

During the Innovation Showcase, Braincube CEO Laurent Laporte and the product team unveiled the next evolution of manufacturing intelligence: an AI agent that acts like a virtual process engineer.

Built within Braincube’s Productivity Management System, the agent connects live data from existing MES, Historian, and SCADA systems to provide real-time, contextual recommendations — the kind an experienced engineer would make on the floor.

Instead of adding more dashboards, this innovation turns data into direct action. It helps teams identify root causes faster, suggest optimal process adjustments, and scale proven improvements across sites.

As Laporte explained, “The goal isn’t more information — it’s to make the right decisions automatically and consistently, wherever they need to happen.”

This new capability is helping manufacturers close the gap between insight and action, transforming how productivity, quality, and efficiency are managed at scale.

The Real Driver of Productivity

Go Beyond France reinforced a theme that has echoed across every Go Beyond Summit this year: technology doesn’t unlock productivity – people do.

When teams have access to connected data, clear context, and the confidence to make decisions, waste disappears and performance compounds.

The day closed with a stadium tour and happy hour – an energizing warp-up to a day focused on what it really takes to perform under pressure and keep improving.

We thank our speakers, partners, and all attendees who made Paris an unforgettable stop in the Go Beyond journey.

Next up: more insights, more collaboration, and more proof that when manufacturers share what works, everyone goes further.
