Gender equality index for the workplace
In accordance with the law on the freedom to choose one’s professional future, companies with more than 50 employees must publish their professional equality index.
Braincube achieved the overall score of 86/100 in 2024. While we have already surpassed our initial target of 85/100, we have identified areas for further improvement to continue progressing in the coming years.
Areas for improvement:
Equality between women and men is a subject that involves the whole company, from employees to the management team.
As such, Braincube has trained and appointed a gender equality officer. Her role is to raise awareness among employees and advise on issues linked to gender equality, as well as to support the company in implementing equitable and inclusive policies and practices.
